tommyinnn
Hello - for some reason none of my module's are being set up, all are giving the error error: Function Not Supported by Module after payment, but when I go into WHMCS and click "create", the packages set up... auto-suspend are not working either. I believe I changed a setting by mistake, anyone have any idea where I should look? Seems like a API problem, I did verify my Paypal API is enabled
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 31, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 31, 2011 Which modules are you using please? Please double-check you've got the right ones selected under Setup > Servers > Edit and Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab.
tommyinnn
Several (Centova, cPanel, WHMSonic) it has noting to do with them and they used to work. The path you provided does not seem correct Setup > Servers > Edit and Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 1, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 1, 2011 They're two separate paths: Setup > Servers > Edit AND Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings
tommyinnn
They are now that you edited your post... So what about a solution? Had you read the question you woud see that could not have anything to do with it.... Again, packages are not being created after payment, however I can go into whmcs admin and click create... I can click suspend, they all work fine. Please, if you do not know the answer please do not answer.
tommyinnn
OK, I found the problem -- this had to do with this worthless add on http://whmcsaddon.com/products/wordpress Their instructions said to add my IP to general settings/security/ API IP Access Restriction -- that was causing the problem -- that Wordpress blog is trash, don't download it as it does not even work
