Hosting Not Being SetUp On Server

I've tried setting up the hosting in Setup/Products-Services/Module Settings and entered the Client Template Name and Domain Template names, but it still does not set up a hosting account on the server upon purchase.

 

Is there anyone here that runs Plesk9 on Linux that has already got this working? If so, can I get you to take a look at our setup selections to see what we are doing wrong. We will make it worth your time as we are trying to go live.

If that doesn't help, what entries do you see under Utilities > Activity Log a the time of ordering?

Ive looked at the documentation, watched the videos, submitted tickets.....

Please try adding the following line to your configuration.php file:

 

$pleskpacketversion = "1.6.0.0";
