how to send the other/services login details to the client?

alright so the customer get the following email:

Dear {$client_name},

 

We have received your order and will be processing it shortly. The details of the order are below:

 

Order Number: {$order_number}

 

{$order_details}

 

You will receive an email from us shortly once your account has been setup. Please quote your order reference number if you wish to contact us about this order.

 

{$signature}

 

 

 

which template or how does he receive his login details (IP, username, password) once his account has been marked as paid and approved?

When the account is created the email you select under Setup > Products/Services > Edit is sent. If it's not being sent this suggests that there was a problem with the email template itself or the account wasn't created on the server.
