Question about WHMCS

I am doing a hosting site for sale, my question is, will hire the reseller package with the company's resellers offer WHM and cPanel for each client, now how you could help me WHMCS

You'd need to check the the company, but a reseller package should give you WHM access and the ability to create individual cPanel accounts.

With the reseller plans give the Web Host Manager. The Web Host Manager is a panel for resellers of web space, is an administration panel from which you can create accounts for hosting host web pages, you assign each account the same privileges as you want (Mb disk space, transfer , databases, email accounts and so on.

WHM is different from WHMCs however you can only use WHM to create account manually , with WHMCS you can automate all your billing and account creation.
