How to to create Service and Custom Job item?

What would be the best way to create:

 

1. Pre-defined Service items with fixed prices? For example:

Script installation fee: $50

Troubleshooting fee: $30

Logo design fee: $200

 

These are one time services, that can be purchased more than once by the same customer.

 

 

2. Quote based custom job services: In this case, it's not possible to know the price in advance, because it will be determined on a case by case basis:

Template design customization

Special logo design

... and so on

 

Is there some kind of quote system for these type of services, so the invoice can be generated from Admin Panel?

1. When creating the product and specifying the pricing select the "One-Time" Payment Type option, that's the way we do it. There's no limit to the number of services a client can have.
