LAZer414
hi, im hanged with currencies decimal places. i wanted to know if whmcs has a setup for defining how many decimal places each currency should have? or is there a way to round the currencies for example something like php ceil function ? i have set the type of currency to no decimal places. but prorata function calculates the price with decimal places . and after that there is no payment with decimal places in that currency and so the payments to the invoice do not set the invoice as paid . let me explain more. for example a product`s price is 10 Rial a prorata calculates it as 12.01 rial or for example 7.01 rial then the a customer pays 12 rial and so the invoice yet remains unpaid because of that 0.01 decimal unpaid money. and there for a admin must set the invoice as paid till the product delivered to the customer. please guide me on this.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 23, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 23, 2011 WHMCS only marks an invoice paid when the full balance is paid, I recommend you instruct your clients to pay the full balance due.

I think what the OP is saying is that .01 Rial ( or indeed any amount less than 1 Rial) is impossible to pay
LAZer414
I think what the OP is saying is that .01 Rial ( or indeed any amount less than 1 Rial) is impossible to pay he is exactly true , rial do not have decimal places for the customers to pay ! so we need to have a decimal places configuration for prorata invoices . or a function like php ceil to round the prices to a upper nearest value for them to pay and solve this issue. any suggestions ?
