smivers Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 Hi, a client of mine ordered two domain names, his main domain name did not register to internetbs but the second domain name did. He paid for both and it has shown the domain as active which has not been purchased. There is funds in the accounts at Internetbs. Review our documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Handling_a_Failed_Domain_Registration 2. What entries do you see under Utilities > Activity Log at the time of invoice payment?
