Simple guide on making automatic accounts

I didn't know how to simplify my question, that's why the title doesn't make sense.

 

Basically, here's my problem.

 

Can anyone direct me to a guide/tutorial which tells you how to create the automatic package thing. Like where someone orders it on your WHMCS, and it automatically creates it? I'm new to this, so could it be a detailed one too?
