I have found we get a lot of phone calls or emails asking us how to proceed with a new custom hosting order. We have been asking them to register on our site and then giving clients directions on how to place the order via our cart, I have noticed that we lose about 15% of all sales this way because it confuses the client, is there someway that our staff can package their hosting requirements into a order and send them a direct link for them to process? I have seen this on other hosting companies where sales staff would discuss a package deal or even a discounted hosting package, send the client a direct link so that all the product configurations are completed and ready available in the cart for payment. This would be ideal. I look forward to any idea's or options that may help provide a solution for this. Then, take the direct link that's listed under the Product -> Links and send it to them.
