Client SPAM

I think a clients account might be hacked , but every 15 minutes it creates a new ticket.

 

I have put the email in the blocked list

 

But it still keeps coming.

 

Any ideas on how to stop it until he checks his email account.

 

This is his primary email account which is not with us.

You should always be blocking email at the mail server level, not whmcs.

Blocked at server level but still getting it. Could it be whmcs creating the tickets.

It has been since the upgrade as it is the only change done since it started.

 

The client email was deleted blocked in whmcs , blocked on server. The support dept was removed. and yet I still get it.
