mikejs Posted August 6, 2011 Share Posted August 6, 2011 I am trying to ad one of the admins to a support group after clicking ok I get settings updated but the template is blank when I check mysql under tbladmin the template field is empty if I edit put v4 refresh page all good. why is it sudenly doing this it was working fine before? Also even though I can see admin is in the correct support group I get access denied if I try to view those support tickets?? not sure whats going on was working fine I have even upliaded all the admin folder files again (not that I had changed any of them.
