CFulcrum
I'm trying to figure out why my system is sending overdue invoice emails to my clients after they've paid their invoices. It even suspended one client weeks after she paid her invoice on time. What could be causing that? I recently changed my domain from nickthewebsiteguy.com to nickhost.net, and I migrated to a different server. I also changed my PayPal email to the second domain. Could that have anything to do with it?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 29, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 29, 2011 It's the Next Due Date that determines when these notices are sent and accounts are suspended/terminated, so ensure that's not set to a date in the past.
CFulcrum
It's not. Any other ideas?
CFulcrum
It sends them payment confirmation and lists the transaction in the log and all of that, but it still sends them overdue emails and tries to suspend them...
Keiro
I'm having the same issue... I've had to enable suspend override to the next due date in order for the system to quit suspending them.
CFulcrum
Does it keep sending overdue notices?
CFulcrum
Nevermind, I figured it out. I had two copies of WHMCS running - one on my old server and one on the new. I thought the old one was disabled since the license didn't work anymore, but it was still running and sending out invoices. Clients were being marked paid in the new WHMCS and overdue in the old one.
