Michigan47
We came over from Kayako, love WHMCS and are here to stay. We imported many, many knowledgebase articles for our customers but when I went to edit something and quickly search, intelligent search won't find anything in the knowledgebase. After rigorously searching for an answer, I read that ISearch is for domains, etc, that is great and understood. But how would one go finding an article in thousands and hundreds of directories? Is there a search function I can add in admin?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 27, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 27, 2011 There isn't a KB search in the admin area. Personally I just use the search in client area.
Michigan47
Thanks John. We would have to search in the client area to find an article to edit it in the admin area? That won't pull up the article to edit right, I still will have to comb through directories to find the actual article to edit or am I not seeing something here. Is there a command I can hardcode to search knowledgebase in admin area? This may be a game killer for us.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 27, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 27, 2011 Oh right, didn't realise you wanted to edit the articles. I just do that when looking for a URL to send to clients.
