mattytheratty
I am trying to setup a customisable hosting package, using the configurable options sections in the admin panel. I have setup a disk space option, which I have tested and can be configured from the front end. However, this doesn't actually change the disk space given to the user, just changes the amount that they are billed. How can I get the front end option to actually change the disk space given to the user?

mattytheratty
Take a look at the Configurable Package Addon. Will the configurable options not work without this addon?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 25, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 25, 2011 The clients will still be billed accordingly, but the accounts won't be provisioned using those quotas without the addon.
Buzz
I have an issue with this also I just purchased and setup a test run with this addon to WHMCS 1. How do you setup packages in WHM to comply with the customization of packages 2. on my first test run the I got an error --> Module Create Failed - Service ID: xxx - Error: Unable to validate numeric setting for bwlimit: 5mb. is the error due to the mb not being Capitals or not having a space between the number value and the mb
RenatoMN
You should set only the number. Its a numeric field. Set only "5".
