upon login, redirects to "attemptccpayments" and keeps refreshing, also lost products

upgraded from 4.4.? to 4.5.2 using the instructions here, now we have 2 problems...

 

"/admin/index.php?attemptccpayments=true" is where the page keeps refreshing when an admin logs in, must hit ESC to stop the page loads

 

after stopping that, when clicking on one of our accounts, none of them have products assigned. and asks me to place a new order...see...
