dje0624
I know this is probably a stupid question but I cant find a definite answer anywhere. I'm setting up my domain registrar with enom and the video says I have to submit my ip address in the form of a ticket to enom. Im 90% sure the answer to this question will be yes but is the ip address they want the one thats shown in my cpanel, this is a reseller account with hostgator
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 21, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 21, 2011 It could be. If you see a "Invalid Client IP" error when attempting a registrar module command then it's wrong and you'll need to whitelist the IP address shown in the error.
cmsplushosting
I would assume this would be an enom API IP restriction; You can also check your WHMCS security settings to be sure. Make sure you enter in the IP of your WHMCS installation; and verify with Enom using their sandbox that everything works properly. Hope it helps.
