raamee
Hello, I'm just wondering, whmcs automatically terminates a product automatically, even before the due date. It just happens randomly. I don't know whats the reason is. What might be the problem? Thanks.

FlexiHost
I just found that one last night, customer initially requested a cancellation, while they were working out things on their site, then wanted to reactivate, then last night it terminated their account again. Look under termination requests, and remove it from there, should be all good then.
raamee
Nope. It is just with particular customers. The product is minecraft. Even I removed the tick from "enable automatic termination and the cancellation request" in the automation settings. But its terminating automatically. Lost 5 customers due to this. I gave them refund. 4 Fixed Term Services Terminated-- what it mean? Edited July 23, 2011 by raamee
