How can I sent the Username and Password of Server Details to Clients via Email?

How can I send the Username and Password of Server Details to Clients via Dedicated/VPS Server Welcome Email under Autorelease Module?

 

 

I know Server IP is {$service_server_ip}.

But

Username {$service_username}

Password {$service_password}

Assigned IPs {$service_assigned_ips}

are not Server Details.

 

And what are Username,Password and Assigned IPs of Server Details?

When selling dedicated servers you don't configure it under Setup > Servers. The server details are entered directly under the products/services tab.

We sell dedicated servers.

The servers are up and running and preconfigured with root passwords.

What I need to do is to send a welcome email to clients as soon as the first payment is received to send them the IP, root password and other server information automatically.

I am trying to use the autorelease module, but it does not seem to function as I expected.

 

If there are

server Username {$service_server_username}

server Password {$service_server_password}

server Assigned IPs {$service_server_assigned_ips}

for Server Details.

just as Server IP is {$service_server_ip},

then I will send the Username and Password of Server Details to Clients via Dedicated/VPS Server Welcome Email under Autorelease Module.

 

Please advise.

You can leave the module set to "None" as there is no automation with dedicated servers because you're handling the provision manually.

 

Once the client has ordered the server simply navigate to their products/services tab and enter these details on that page. Save and use the button at the bottom of the page to send the product welcome email.
