benaust Posted July 13, 2011 Share Posted July 13, 2011 (edited) Hi Guys Maybe I missed an important point, Maybe someone can help. Having a lot of difficulty working and adapting to existing site. Cannot recover a data from WHMCS to use elsewhere. Have to work around workarounds. And many more. 1) Why I cannot use the Widgets, Regardless of the URL I use, data is missing. I am using it in ordinary pages I have created and not the WHMCS TPL pages. Should this work this way or not? 2) Why Client cannot see the domain price and the extensions when searching for one. They have to be logged in. 3) Cart, Let’s say I search for few domains and I add to the order. Should I be able to remove one or all at some stage? When few domains are in the cart why is there no remove facility? Maybe one wants to remove one and buy the rest, but will not continue purchasing, because does not want to buy that one unwanted domain in the cart. benaust Posted July 14, 2011 Author Share Posted July 14, 2011 I asked help from support and they worked out the issue. It was the database issue.
