Albal Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Back in April I suspended an account, due to SPAM abuse. The account was suspended through WHMCS and showed up in the log. 2 days later the account was unsuspended by WHMCS without me asking it to be. Today I have logged into WHMCS and WHM to discover that an account has been terminated over night. The termination is missing from the WHMCS log, but I have not terminated the account myself and no one has logged into WHM until today for at least a week. Automatic termination is disabled. Automatic suspension is enabled, and unsuspension on payment is also enabled. In the first case, the person suspended for SPAM abuse was on a yearly subscription, and the last payment recieved was on 24/1/2011. 2nd account is on a monthly subscription, the account is in good standing so there are no reasons why it would of been terminated if the Automatic termination was enabled.
