4.5.1 Mail Import missing subjects

Hi,

 

I have noticed a problem for a little while that sometimes when customers log tickets the subject is blank or that when they reply to a ticket WHMCS would open a brand new ticket for them.

 

Initially this was not much of a big problem and I thought customers were not entering the subject or removing the previous ticket number, however after further investigation it seems like there is an error with the mail import.

 

Today has been a real headache I have had 10 tickets opened all from the same custom in reply to the original ticket which are making my support stats look really bad.

 

Is anyone else having a similar problem and is there any fix for this?
