Compare Pages

Hi all

Im trying to setup the compare pages, and having some issues.

First off, I see the following at someone elses site: http://www.craterhost.com/billing/cart.php with the space/bandwidth etc in grey along the side.

This is what im after, however, looking in the small image in the 'ordering' tab in setup, i should see it. but for me im seeing: This

 

What option have i not ticked?

Make sure you've configured it per the documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/Standard_Order_Form_Templates#Using_Feature_Highlights

I thought it might be a CSS issue but you seem to have some items missing from the HTML page (I've no idea why though). Have you edited the template at all? try it with a different template and see if it works...
