Upgrading from 4.3.1 to 4.5.2

There have been a bunch of upgrades so do I have to go through each one or is there a list of template changes from my present version to the most recent version?

 

I see the template changes in 4.5.2 but am wondering if I do only those will I be missing something that was done in previous versions?

You can upgrade straight to 4.5.2, but template upgrades need to be applied incrementally. They're all listed in the release notes: http://docs.whmcs.com/Release_Notes

I decided to upgrade yesterday, also from 4.3.1 to 4.5.2

 

I renamed the original folder with a suffix v4.3.1

I then uploaded all the files from v4.5.2 into a new folder (with the same previous folder name)

 

I was then asked to confirm and install, which completed

Overall I can't see any difference, although some text appears smaller / easier to see, and some new fields have appeared

The version number also changed (as I expected)

 

I then had to copy some previous template files, as I wanted to retain these changes (such as the UNPAID text being too large in PDF invoices)

 

Seemed too easy...
