tester8520
Hey Guys. I just recently bought WHMCS and I've found it great for managing my Hosting Company. I only have one problem. I have setup my Servers and My Products. When somebody orders I have to login to Admin Panel and then Billing and then hit "Accept Order". As soon as I hit Accept Order then cPanel/WHM Account is created automatically. My products are set to "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" but I still have to Accept Order. I don't want to hit Accept Order for every single order so where would I go about enabling it Accepting Orders automatically. Details instructions please. Thank you Edited June 25, 2011 by tester8520
m8internet
If the details are beng transferred from WHMCS to WHM, then this suggests the product/service Auto Setup is not setup Sadly you need to do this for each product/service Click on the Module Settings tab, and at the bottom select Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received

The details are not being transferred from WHMCS to WHM there just being created newly on each. I do Test Orders.
SilverNodashi
This is how WHMCS works. You need to manually accept every order.
srpurdy
Hmm not really. You do have to accept the Order, but it should automatically create the account in your control panel. At least it does for me. (even without accepting the order) Have you setup the cron job on your Control Panel? Also look in Automation Settings for the command for the cron job.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 8, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 8, 2011 The cron and automation settings don't have anything to do with automatic account provisioning. Instead please refer to http://whmcs.com/tutorials.php?i=autosetup
