I would really appreciate help with regards to this issue i came across after and upgrade from 4.2 to 4.5.1 stable release. I have two Admin Account. Email A and Email B . I also have two Support Emails Setup. Support Email 1 and Support Email 2 Went someone sends and email to Email A or Email B. Between 4- 6 Supports Tickets are created within the WHMCS. Apart from the original email that is sent to either emails....The 4-6 Support Ticket Notifications are sent to both Admin Emails(Email A and Email B) I cant seem to find why this happens Anyway i can correct this? Very irritating and causing a backlog of mail and support tickets. Yur help would be greatly appreciated. Yes i have had a look...it is just recording everything that is being sent from anything sent to and from these emails. Cant seem to stop it. My ticket system if full!
