Jameschillman
Hello, We have been running a few promotions recently with say 50% off the users first 2 months invoices. Users are setting up paypal subscriptions when they sign up and obviously by month 3 the paypal subscription amount is different to the invoice amount as it no longer has he 50% discount applied? Is there anyway to avoid this at all?
xeqution
We also have this problem, it would be great to have a "Cancel PayPal subscription" icon under the hosting account details, that way they can sign up for a new subscription. A lot of users dont know how to cancel there PayPal subscriptions which becomes annoying for us...
EWH1
Another problem that we have noticed is that when a client does cancel a subscription through Paypal and then wants to create a new one later on this option will no longer appear to them on invoices.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 10, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 10, 2011 The PayPal subscribe option will appear on their invoice, but only on or before the due date.
jpkelly
The PayPal subscribe option will appear on their invoice, but only on or before the due date. What is the logic for this behavior? Why cant users create a subscription after the due date? Is there a way to allow them to create a subscription after the due date?
barco57
If they were to create the subscription after the due date then every month that customers invoice would be paid late
KevinR
Would there be a way to use the "free trial" feature from Paypal, where they would pay a pro-rated/full amount today, then the subscription starts billing when the "free trial" time runs out? WHMCS would change the free trial days amount at each cron for example so it always syncs up. Also a cancel paypal subscription from within WHMCS for clients and admins to use would be great.
