PARoss
I have WHMCS installed on my Hostgator reseller site. Everything is done -- clients imported, products defined, eNom set up with the API, eNom cron running, etc. But there is one problem -- no domains appear in WHMCS. I've busted a gut trying to figure out what the problem is, had Hostgator help, eNom help and WHMCS support help, but the problem persists. It might be that there needs to be some consistency between the clients and the eNom domains that the Cron job looks for and then imports into WHMCS. It is possible that this could be the problem, I don't know. Question: what does the Cron job look for at eNom that triggers it to pull a domain's info into WHMCS? Thanks in advance. scurrell
I take it you added the domains ect in WHMCS? I'm guessing you've hit the nail on the head there. Question: what does the Cron job look for at eNom that triggers it to pull a domain's info into WHMCS? There is no option to "pull" the domains in. You have to add them manually. http://docs.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry
PARoss
I added all of my hosting domains from WHM C-Panel. I'm now trying to get my eNom domain registrations into WHMCS. I followed the directions above - http://docs.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry But it didn't work. I got this error "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" Yet an order was created, but "pending." So, I made it active. But there still is nothing in the "Domains" tab of the "Clients Profile." I don't know what to do.
PARoss
I did the "Quick reply" twice and nothing posted. Maybe I just don't understand (as if there's a chance I do!). Can someone define "Domain" as it is used in the "Client Profile"? Is it a "registered" domain? Or a "hosted" domain? How is "Domain" related to "Product"?

PARoss
Okay, it seems to be working now. Question: if I have a customer whose website I host, but I do not provide the domain registration service for that URL, should that domain be listed in the Client Profile "Domains" tab? And if I have a customer whose website I host and provide domain registration for that URL, should that domain be listed in Client Profile "Domains" tab AND should there be two "Products" listed: hosting and domain registration?

The domain should be listed under "Domains", but not listed as a "product"
