Free trial question

borzoid

Question

Hi,

I downloaded and set up the free trial which went very smoothly. When I tried to show the admin side to an associate he was not allowed to login and said there was a message stating he was logging in from a different computer/ip address.

Is this due to the fact that it was the free trial? When I buy/subscribe to the paid version will it block out log ins from other ip addresses and can this be turned off? I will need to access the admin from different locations and computers.

Also I have a couple other questions:

- can this be set up to have design or data entry services as add ons to the hosting package.

- can I add custom fields to the sign up such as asking customers what they would like there initial email address to be.

I'm sure I'll have further questions but for now I'm loving the clarity of the WHMCS package.

Connie

Addon's are a feature, Yes.

Custom fields can be added very easily to the registration forms, for example I have added, How did you find Us etc...
