This is the conversation that i had with resellerclub

""

Max Sydney: Hello Pedro

Pedro Nilo: Hello Max

Pedro Nilo: looks like my ip 208.116.44.221 cant communicate with resellerclub

Max Sydney: we have received a few complaints regarding the same error

Max Sydney: and a couple of resellers have informed us that there was an issue at whmcs which was fixed

Pedro Nilo: ok so it means im going back to whmcs

Pedro Nilo: so nothing in your side you can do?

Max Sydney: yes from our end we can only check if you have white listed your Ips

Max Sydney: which you have

Pedro Nilo: ok that is one step further :-)

Pedro Nilo: i feel like a ping pong boll today :-)

Max Sydney: but you have to make sure that the IP white listed is the correct one

Max Sydney: yes using WHMCS and connecting to other provider API is at times problematic

Pedro Nilo: this is the one that i have 208.116.44.221

Max Sydney: but i will not be able to verify if this is correct or wrong

Max Sydney: i can only confirm that its whitelisted with us

Pedro Nilo: this is the one because is the one that whmcs verify their license and is working with enom

Pedro Nilo: ok im gonna ask them again

Pedro Nilo: thanks Max

Max Sydney: you are welcome :)""
