Adding more than 1 domain and hosting package to a client

Recommended Posts

I hope somenoe can help.

I have just installed WHMCS after using LPanel for many years.

I need to know if you can add 2,3,4,5 hosting account packages to one client.

Just to explain.

I have a client called Mr Smith

He as a domain name and a basic hosting account,

He then needs another domain name and another basic hosting account.

Is there a way i can add the new domain and hosting account to the clients account.

so that all the domain names and the hosting accounts are under the clients name (in one account)

I am asking as i have many clients around 180 that have from 1 to 30 websites with a domain name and hosting account for each site.

I cannot find a way to add more the one hosting product to each client account.

And if i try and set up a new client for each hosting product.

Let’s say for example.

Mr P Smith is a client set up in WHMCS and he as one domain and one hosting account

The he places an order for another domain name and hosting package.(i cannot add another hosting p[package to the client Mr P Smith.

If i setup a new client called Mr P Smith 2 you get an error (the email address already)

so you cannot setup the second client with the same email account so he will receive all emails sent out from the 2 accounts.

I hope someone can help with this as i have lots of clients who have between 1 and 30 hosting account each.

Regards

Yes this is absolutely possible with WHMCS. As long as the client is logged in when they place their order it will be added to their existing account. If you're placing the order on their behalf via the admin area, just select the client's name on the order form and it'll be associated with their existing account in WHMCS.
