dhollingworth
Hi Everyone We're using WHMCS 4.4.2. We created an order for a hosting package and a domain transfer. The hosting was 49.95 + VAT and the domain transfer was free. If we viewed the order it showed the order total as 60.44, which is the 49.95 + VAT. Then we updated the domain transfer to be 9.95 (because the domain is due for renewal). Viewing the order now shows 2 line items, the hosting at 49.95 and the domain at 9.95; but the order total is still showing as 60.44. Why didn't it add the revised domain transfer price into the order total? If we accept this order will it bring the full price into the client's total or only 60.44? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 12, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 12, 2011 That's to be expected as the order details are fixed when the order is placed. Making changes to the invoice after placing the order won't have any impact on the order. However that shouldn't cause an issue.
