fields47
Hi guys, New user, but for how long depends on how well you can all help me Thing is i have a heart internet reseller account and i'm struggling to integrate whmcs. I have download and installed the heartinternet modules and followed the instructions provided on this site however whenever i try to create packages etc. nothing shows in my heart internet control panel as if nothing was really created. Could anyone provide step by step instructions with correct terms because the instructions state to use my Auth code for Hearts API however the only thing i see in my heart control panel is the cllD and password for the API. I presume it means to use the password but seeing as its not working i must be wrong. So any step by step, video or detailed tutorial would be highly appreciated and i am available to help and provide information if needed. Thanks alot

webfluent
I contacted Heart Internet to obtain my API auth key, they told me that the Auth key API method will soon stop working as they are working on a new API, therefore the current WHMCS Heart Internet module will need to be updated to work with the new API.. WHMCS developers, Can you please confirm If this is being looked at? Kind Regards
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 3, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 3, 2011 Yes we are aware of this and an updated module will be released in due course.
gregbirch
I wanted to give my input on this. The WHMCS module works just fine with the heart infrastructure, but it may be worth checking a couple of things to ensure it works. 1. Make sure that you have the following two ports open on your server 674 & 774 2. Make sure that in the server details you have heartinternet selected and your API password entered. Finally this nearly caught me out look at your API password and if it has a full stop at the end, then it is only a full stop and not part of your password. I think in the reseller centre it always shows the password with the full stop at the end and can mislead you into thinking its part of the api password
