authorize.net mod works but not the CIM mod

Hi Guys, Ive been trying to get the Authorize.net CIM mod to work but keep getting credit card decline message.

However the normal Authorize.net mod seems to work just fine.

When looking at the logs for the errors on CIM attempts I get:

Invoice ID => 4814

User ID => 4

Amount => 0.01

No Client Profile ID Found

But if I change the change the order to use the regular authorize.net mode the transaction goes through fine.

Ive made sure I followed the notes on this page as well: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Authorize.net_CIM

I just wanted as well, our api credentials are the same for both authorize.net mod and the cim

mod correct?

Anyone else having issues with CIM or know what the issue might be?

Thanks!

Is your Authorize.net account set up on their CIM system?

I too have this identical issue with CIM. And, yes. I signed up for CIM with Authorize.net. It costs an extra $20 mo. (to add insult to injury). I called Auth.Net support and all they could say was the coding was wrong.

Did you import all your existing clients into CIM? Theres a script to do this.

I'll take a stab at running the script once I understand what importing the data does aside from populating CIM. Does it mean clients don't have to do anything special to get their invoices automatically paid?

I ran the script--unsuccessfully. Here are the results:

WHMCS Authorize CIM Setup

This setup process will activate the Authorize.net CIM module and transfer all stored credit cards over to their system

You should probably open a ticket. I did not write the script, and those errors pretty much say nothing to what the error actually is.

All the script does is grab the credit card information from your WHMCS database, verify that the card is valid, insert the card data (card number, name, address, etc) into CIM, insert the CIM ID's into the WHMCS database.

Then when a customer invoice becomes due, assuming that account is assigned to the authorize.net cim gateway, it will grab the CIM ID's from the WHMCS database and ask authorize.net to charge the card linked to those ID's.
