bobbravo2
Check your settings: WHMCS > Admin > Setup > Servers What settings do you have your server set to? Also, try going into the client account that you placed the order under, and go to "Products/Services", select the server related product, and try using some of the "Module Commands" on that page. Report any errors here.
hastehosting
tried to suspend "Module Command Error An Unknown Error Occurred" Tried to create "Module Command Error Sorry, a group for that username already exists." I can login to the server on whmcs .... setup --> Servers --.> Whm - , and im in, so i have the correct hash, correct password & username, i also double checked the package names, and config and its all perfect
bobbravo2
I'd open a support ticket with WHMCS.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 28, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 28, 2011 tried to suspend "Module Command Error An Unknown Error Occurred" Either your Setup > Servers > Edit login details are incorrect, or your Brute Force Protection setting in WHM are preventing WHMCS from suspending accounts via the cPanel API. Tried to create"Module Command Error Sorry, a group for that username already exists." Means this username is already in use on your server. i cant as my license is not direct with whmcs, its with a resellerYes you can, ask your reseller for the Reseller Support link.
