Below is a representative of the e-mail I am getting. (Changed domains for security) --------- Subject: WHMCS ResellerClub Domain Syncronisation Report ResellerClub Domain Sync Report --------------------------------------------------- Error for custdomain1.com: An unknown fault occured - please contact support Error for custdomain2.com: An unknown fault occured - please contact support Error for custdomain3.com: An unknown fault occured - please contact support Et. Etc. for all domains https://www.mydomain.com/clientarea/cmsadmin/ --------- No changes have been made for a long time... as everything has been running fine. Sync prior to yesterday has been working. Any tips where to start? I am able to log into my ResellerClub account and don't see anything unusal there either.
bobbravo2
Call ResellerClub and see if you need to "re-whitelist" your IP address for their API.
