emgroup Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Hi, I get this error in my activity log when ever client makes support ticket: Smarty Error: unable to read resource: "emailtpl:emailmessage" Smarty Error: unable to read resource: "emailtpl:emailsubject" Also I recieve this instead of notification about opened ticket: <style> body,td { font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal; } a { color: #0000ff; } </style> What should I do? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 13, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 13, 2011 The first thing to do is ensure your /templates_c directory is CHMOD 777 and if you've customised the location ensure the path in configuration.php is correct.
