Nashirnet
Hello there, We've been using WHMCS for while now and so far so good. One issue though kept unsolved that when we tried to add a new server to the list of servers we had on WHMCS, it asks you to chose what kind of control panel do you have on this new server and when we chose one of them it assumes the default port of the control panel without giving you the chance to setup your own port (if you have changed the port for any reason previously). Also, when we chose to add the "Dotnetpanel" for windows server it doesn't even assume the port like it does in Cpanel or Directadmin cases... it just doesn't add any port at all!! so if you click the "login" button from WHMCS to login into Dotnetpanel it takes you to a wrong page because there is no "9001" port! That issue giving as a hell of a headache.. because every operation executed by WHMCS on that particular server doesn't go well and the whole thing stopped the cron job. Is that a bug? or I'm missing something here?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 12, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 12, 2011 If you use a custom cPanel or DirectAdmin port then please open a ticket to have the module customised. With DotNetPanel you can actually specify which port and URL you use. This is all explained in our documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/DotNetPanel
