rvdli Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 I am using DirectI/Resellerclub for registering domains for some years, but since friday, everything that I try to do on any domain returns "An unknown fault occured - please contact support". Checked on WHMCS wiki, the data is right, without accents and stuff, even domains that I already registered by WHMCS are returning the error when I try to modify. Is there any log where I can trace the source of this problem? I have lots of pending domains to manage and can't due do this.
