jin Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 I have a client that's hosting has to be renewed and wants to downgrade their package. I have downgraded the package and canceled the original invoice that was generated for the old package, how do I get the system to regenerate a new invoice for the new downgraded package? I tried to click the link "Generate Invoices" but none were and the account is in the due timeline I have set, the CRON has already run and the system didn't recreate the invoice. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
