New Install Issues

Hi,

I've install WHMCS with cPanel and configured it for Paypal, plus added two products. I set the products for "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received"

I also registered for eNom and configured that too.

Then I tested a new user signup. The signup process asked about the domain and I selected " I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain." In doing that I used a generic domain name (testing.com)

I went through the payment process at Paypal and that worked fine, then I was returned to the WHMCS client area.

I logged into WHMCS with another browser as the admin and saw the order. I then accepted the order.

Here's the problem: It appears that no account was created in cPanel even though WHMCS says it is done. I don't see a new user directory in /home/ either. Yet when logged in as the test customer I see the cPanel username and password listed under the product details. There's a button to login to cPanel, but there's no URL linked to it. Clicking it opens an empty page with no URL in the browser status bar.

If I manually enter the cPanel URL and try to login with the username / psw listed in the client area of WHMCS then cPanel says that the credentials are invalid.

So why is this happening and how can I fix it?

[ Also, as a side question here, is there any way at all I can configure WHMCS so that when a payment is received for a new account that the it is automatically accepted immediately? ]
