mary@marylark.com Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 I need some clarification here. When an invoice has been paid, I go to the invoice ahd enter the payment details. But when I go back to the transaction list I don't see the payment appear. When I enter a transaction, I see the payment. But I worry that somehow things are going to be doubly stated - one payment entered - one transaction entered. Can I get some clarification here? mary@marylark.com Posted March 29, 2011 Author Share Posted March 29, 2011 When I follow the procedures for applying a payment - opening the invoice - selecting the payment tab - and applying the payment, the invoice then shows PAID. I email that invoice to the client. Then I go to the Transactions list. I do not see the paid invoice in the transaction list.
