Automatic Provisioning of Plesk issue

I can successfully instruct WHMCS to Activate / terminate Plesk subscriptions via the WHMCS administration panel on pending orders made via the customer portal.

However

If I allow automatic creation of Plesk subscription via the customer order process I am met with an error 500, internal server error. This results in the order been made, and is pending in WHMCS. I can then manually activate the order in plesk via the admin panel.

It doesn't make sense why this process can fail and yet work in two different places.

The action log offers no clues.

Can anyone assist?

Further testing, the same (error 500) occurs when I review and accept the pending order from the 'Manage Orders' page in the admin section.

So the only way I can create plesk subscriptions or register domains is manually via the module buttons under the customers account.

Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server, it could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue.
