UkDirectHost
Hi all, I've been accepted for Google checkout, and want to integrate it into WHMCS. Couple of questions: 1. I have a PositiveSSL certificate from Namecheap. Is this sufficient for Google checkout, or what SSL should I get? 2. Once I have added the code to WHM, do I need to change my site links pointing to the WHMCS area, or should I just change them to "/whmcs/whatever" in the url instead of having http://domain/whmcs/ or do I need to change ANY non-WHMCS url ? 3. If I look in WHMCS general settings I see: WHMCS system URL I currently have this as http://domain/whmcs/ and WHMCS SSL System URL is blank at the moment. Would I need to add https://domain/whmcs/ in there? Sorry, have a splitting headache, have not slept in a while and connot think. lol.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 24, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 24, 2011 1. As far as I'm aware any SSL cert is fine, but don't quote me. 2. No need to change your links, WHMCS will intelligently switch to the https connection when needed. 3. Yup
UkDirectHost
Aaah, I thought I had been delusional and imagined I posted this question last night Hehe, been doing a lot of research today and looks like Standard (Turbo) SSL from GoDaddy is compatible and not too expensive. I'll probably be going for that tonight, and then get things rolling.
