This error occurred because the filter was unable to confirm your location. This has been refined and you should be able to sign-up now without any problems. You still maybe targeted by our fraud filter and will possibly require manual activation by us. We would be happy to look at your information and manually approve you if everything checks out. Does this work the same way? Also, the widget php file seems to be encrypted. Are there any instructions for using it? The issue with it is that tickets are not physically restricted to a single support operator. So a response average can only calculated from the time they took to respond to a specific response somewhere in the ticket rather then the whole ticket like it does. It will take some tweaking but I am adding it to the list of additions for the future. As for the Kayako system, I am unaware of how it works. This addon works by looking at the current responses available in the system. As for the encoded file, what version of Response Time are you using? Absolutely, the widget can be used to show only a certain departments averages. This widget barely uses enough resources to actually slow down a server and caching is only minimally beneficial. Nevertheless, the less resources you use the better and we would also be happy to add widget caching to your version at no extra charge. The open source license is only valid for one installation. We cannot control where you install it and in how many places you install it even if it violates our terms of service. Because of this we only offer support for one domain which is specified upon registration of the product. Since this product is open source there is no licensing involved on this product. Even if there was a licensing script in this script, I assure you we have taken every precaution necessary to ensure our server wont be down. In the event our server crashes the cloud server will automatically reboot our website on a different server. As well we also give plenty of time to reconnect with our server in case something uncontrollable happened on either end of the licensing script. We have also been around for over a year and have no plans to close our company down any time soon. Our anti-fraud system tries to automatically verify your address. If it fails to the system marks you as fraud automatically. This is simply a precaution and nothing to be alarmed about.
