codemaster2008
Hi there; I don't know if it's a unique situation or if built in support for what I need is already there, but here we go: Let's say a sell a streaming account (for the sake of this thread it could be a SHOUTCast account). The user get's a free hosting account with his streaming plan. If he has an overdue invoice, the system will suspend not only the paid SHOUTCast account but the free hosting account considering that they are combined. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.

codemaster2008
Based on your extensive knowledge of the system please tell me if you think it's going to works: For the sake f this text let's call the Hosting Plan HOST1 and the SHOUCast Plan SCAST1 1- Change HOST1 to "Recurring" instead of "FREE" and add a monthly price 2- Create a promotion code of 100% recurring discount that applies to HOST1 and requires SCAST1 3- With the promotion code the client will be able to add both services to the order but only pay (every month) for the SCAST1, HOST1 end up being free but, it's pricing model is still recurring/monthly. Considering the above scenario, both products will be added to the same invoice. If this invoice is past due, do you believe HOST1 will be suspended as well?
