Downloading files from an installation using SSL

Ok, here's a weird problem I hope someone can help with... My WHMCS installation is behind an SSL certificate, which is working perfectly on the server. I can do anythng in the admin area - with one exception: when I'm looking at a support ticket with an attachment, and I click on it to download it, instead of downloading I get the Portal login screen.

Any idea what gives?

Please ensure you are logging into your admin area using the exact URL defined in Setup > General Settings.

If for example your WHMCS System URL is set to http://www.example.com/whmcs/, you would need to login to your admin area at http://www.example.com/whmcs/admin. If you login at http://example.com/whmcs/admin this can cause this (note the www. was omitted).

Well, THAT was easy! I was using the non-www address to log in, but it was defined as with the www. I think I'll set up a redirect in the htaccess file so that doesn't happen again - for me OR for my employees!

Thanks!
