Need to place a logo just above "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution"

I need to place a logo just above the text "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution" - but I seem not to be able to find where i should edit the template. Any ideas?

It's included automatically between the bottom of the page template and footer.tpl, so you'd need to edit each template file to add it.

The page template - is it homepage.tpl?

 

And I need to edit both templates to add a logo/image above the "power by......." ??? I must admit I'm a bit confused. I thought it would be enough to edit one of them.

That's the template file for the homepage, yes. If you want this logo to appear on every page you'll need to edit pretty much every template.
