Hi

I have my WHMCS cron to run at 3am GMT daily, at 3.06am on 15/3/11 one of my resellers had his account terminated by root without any notice or warning. he pays monthly and is invoice is not due til 1/4/11 and he is up to date with payments.

the cron report for 15/3/11 did not show any accounts terminated and their is no logs within whmcs showing a terminated account.

How are you sure it was terminated by WHMCS, then? Coincidentally, it might be, but without any logs, perhaps not. How can you be sure?

not sure its just that it happend at the time of the whmcs cron and the emails terminaution noticed says terminated by root and the server techs sending the the below message

WHMCS is only an avenue i have asking to try and find out how these were terminated

"Description:

I am very confused as the sites were indeed working and am not sure how cpanel would magically delete them all. Was it only his account that got deleted, meaning the creation account.

We have been looking and don't see any sign of the server being exploited or hacked. Do you have any type of billing software that is compatible with cpanel?"

Just for the sake of checking, did you look for a cancellation request from this person?

Have you opened a ticket with WHMCS?

their was no cancellation request from my client and he confirmed this what he contacted me this morning.

i have not yet opened a ticket with WHMCS as i was wanting to see if their was anyone on the forum with a similar problem.
