sohouk
You can set up support departments to accept opening of tickets by way of emails depending on whether you have set that support department to accept requests from non-registered emails. Admin > Setup > Support Departments Under the relevant departments you can uncheck the Clients Only box which allows or prevents registered clients opening tickets in that department. One easy way to provide links to you through the support desk is to use a direct link. This gives you control over the subject of their email, which you could then use to filter in your email program. You use direct links in WHMCS to form the message for them and pre-fill the subject and start of the message like this; http://yoursite/whmcs/submitticket.php?step=2&subject=Subject goes here&message=Message is pre-filled here Trevor
