XstreamGaming
Hi all, I'm having a problem with the payment gateway module. I can enter any section of the admin panel except this one, when I try to my broswer spits out a php file for download with advice to contact the admin. I checked the troubleshooting section, but I can't see a duplicate file and anyway this is a fresh installation. I have whmcs installed as a sub directory of htdocs which contains a joomla installation. In case anyone can spot a problem, here is the .htaccess from htdocs; ## # @version $Id: htaccess.txt 14401 2010-01-26 14:10:00Z louis $ # @package Joomla # @copyright Copyright © 2005 - 2010 Open Source Matters. It is required for use of mod_rewrite, but may already # be set by your server administrator in a way that dissallows changing it in # your .htaccess file. If using it causes your server to error out, comment it out (add # to # beginning of line), reload your site in your browser and test your sef url's. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 14, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 14, 2011 Which payment gateway module are you using? What's the name of the file you're asked to download?
XstreamGaming
I just noticed the post, it took a little while to get past the moderators . The problem was with my Zend CE WAMP stack. WHMCS didn't seem to like the 5.2 version but upgrading to 5.3 cured all. No idea why the issue occured (I'm pretty sure I had the correct ioncube loader .dll installed) but I found a post on this forum from someone who had the same issue (it was the lead I needed).
